Rules during the visit and customer responsibility

It is not permitted to drink alcoholic beverages brought into the distillery. Guests may be refused entry if they are visibly intoxicated. Smoking is not permitted in the distillery; there is a designated smoking area outside. Guests who refuse to follow the staff's instructions may be refused entry. The customer is responsible for delays and damage resulting from their own/the group's actions.

Aurora Spirit Distillery AS may claim compensation from the customer for extra cleaning or damage caused by guests, intentionally or negligently. Guests are responsible for their own luggage and belongings.
