Guest Cancellations
All cancellations and reductions in numbers should be notified as soon as possible by email to book@auroraspirit.com.
Any cancellations within the 14-day period prior to the date of arrival will result in the group leader being held liable for the full cost of the cancelled activity. Cancellations made before 16:00, 14 days prior to arrival at the accommodation are entitled to a refund.
If We Cancel or Make Changes
In the event of us having to cancel your tour or accommodation the full deposit will be refunded.
Force Majeure
Aurora Spirit will not be liable for any loss, damage or expense resulting from force majeure or any unforeseen circumstances outside of their control for example inclement weather, government intervention, a change in the law, road closures, travel disruption, flight delays, epidemic and/or pandemics, change of venue for safety purposes or other situations not exclusive to the above. We will endeavour to make sure the stated tour is available for the dates contracted. In the unlikely event the tour becomes unavailable, and we must cancel the booking, we will endeavour to find the guest suitable alternative accommodation. If suitable alternative accommodation cannot be found, the guest shall be entitled to a full refund.
Refunds
The property owner shall only be liable to return the amount received. We cannot be held responsible for any exchange rate fluctioations affecting payments and refunds. No compensation or consequential losses shall be paid.
